The food was okay. Not as good as we normally have gotten at other Black Bear Diners. I ordered a BLT. One half(on bread that I was never offered a choice on) had a sliver of a slice of tomato and lots of lettuce. No bacon. Figured my ingredients were on the other half. Well, the rest of my tiny slice of tomato was there. Along with 2 slices of bacon folded in half and the rest of the head of lettuce. We also asked for lots of ranch for Dippin. 3 of us shared 4 small cups. Ill stick to the Black Bear Diner off Florin and the other in Redding. Those places are amazing and have amazing employees. This one needs to up its game! Still tasted great! Waitress was friendly as well.
Jan 17, 2026Decided to give this Black Bear Diner another chance. Was so pleasantly surprised that the service was great and the food was awesome. Prior to this experience I had been to this location approximately 6 times from 2019 to 2023. Awful food and service. So we had been going out to West El Camino. Never disappointed there. Guess that we will be eating closer to home now.
Jan 09, 2026Pretty delicious food this cool looking place. The employees there including our server we're very nice and professional. I got the blackberry French toast which was honestly pretty incredible I would recommend it and I would recommend the restaurant in general it won't let you down

Dec 15, 2025Got some Black Bear Diner to go. Service was quick. And flirty Got the vegetable scramble. It was good. Tge eggs could have a little seasoning... but it was okay because all the vegetables were yummy and the potatoes were well seasoned.
Dec 08, 2025Excellent variety of everything hobby related. Large store with great organizational structure making it easy to find what your looking for. Customer service is decent with nothing that stands out as excellent and that is why I rated it 4 stars. Ample parking and mall is located across the street. Lots of vacant units in this shopping center but that is to be expected. I will definitely be back to browse more!
